Manufacturing and testing solutions

With the rapid development of commercial and government space programs and exploration, we continue to meet the demands of the new and innovative technologies of the aerospace industry. Advancements required by spacecrafts, rocket engines, space stations, and orbital launch vehicles, to name a few, rely on stainless steel and specialty alloy tubing that can withstand high pressures and extreme temperatures. Stainless steel tubing can be found in the following applications:

  • Exhaust systems
  • Fuel lines
  • Ground support
  • Hydraulics
  • Umbilical tower

General Aerospace Industry Requirements

Our high nickel alloy tubing is the ideal material for high-temperature applications that require a combination of heat and corrosion resistance. Though alloys 304/L and 316/L suffice for corrosion-resistance applications, such as engine parts, we recommend several specialty alloys to combat higher temperatures: alloy 400, alloy 600, and alloy 625 which, can withstand temperatures up to 1000° F, 2000° F, and 1800° F, respectively. Additionally, the high tensile strength also makes these alloys an excellent solution for light-weight construction.
